This website (nxcore.nl) is operated by LinkRoute Logistics International B.V., trading under the name NexaCore (“we”, “us”, “our”). We respect your privacy and process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG).

2. What data we collect
We may collect: your name, company name, email address, phone number, billing and address details, payment information processed by our payment provider, order and invoice history, and technical data such as IP address and browsing behaviour collected through cookies.
3. Why we process it and on what legal basis
- To perform our contract with you — to deliver products/services, process orders and payments, and provide support.
- Legal obligation — to keep financial and tax records.
- Legitimate interest — to improve our website and services and to prevent fraud.
- Consent — for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. Payments
Online payments are handled by our payment service provider. We do not store full card details on our own servers; these are processed securely by the payment provider.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above. Invoices and financial records are retained for 7 years to meet Dutch tax-law obligations.
6. Sharing with third parties
We share data only with processors that help us operate (e.g. hosting, payment, email and IT providers), and only as far as necessary. We require them to protect your data and we never sell your data.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, email info@nxcore.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

2. Welke gegevens wij verzamelen
Wij kunnen de volgende gegevens verwerken: uw naam, bedrijfsnaam, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer, factuur- en adresgegevens, betaalgegevens die door onze betaaldienstverlener worden verwerkt, bestel- en factuurhistorie, en technische gegevens zoals uw IP-adres en surfgedrag via cookies.
3. Waarom wij gegevens verwerken en op welke grondslag
- Uitvoering van de overeenkomst — om producten/diensten te leveren, bestellingen en betalingen te verwerken en ondersteuning te bieden.
- Wettelijke verplichting — om financiële en fiscale gegevens te bewaren.
- Gerechtvaardigd belang — om onze website en diensten te verbeteren en fraude te voorkomen.
- Toestemming — voor marketingcommunicatie en niet-essentiële cookies, waar van toepassing. U kunt uw toestemming altijd intrekken.
4. Betalingen
Online betalingen worden afgehandeld door onze betaaldienstverlener. Wij bewaren geen volledige kaartgegevens op onze eigen servers; deze worden veilig verwerkt door de betaaldienstverlener.
5. Hoe lang wij gegevens bewaren
Wij bewaren persoonsgegevens niet langer dan nodig is voor bovenstaande doeleinden. Facturen en financiële gegevens bewaren wij 7 jaar conform de fiscale bewaarplicht.
6. Delen met derden
Wij delen gegevens uitsluitend met verwerkers die ons helpen (zoals hosting-, betaal-, e-mail- en IT-leveranciers) en alleen voor zover nodig. Wij verplichten hen uw gegevens te beschermen en verkopen uw gegevens nooit.
7. Uw rechten
U heeft het recht op inzage, rectificatie, verwijdering, beperking en bezwaar tegen de verwerking van uw gegevens, evenals het recht op dataoverdraagbaarheid. Stuur hiervoor een e-mail naar info@nxcore.nl. U kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
