Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every offer, order and agreement with LinkRoute Logistics International B.V., trading as NexaCore, KvK 84263482, VAT NL863151371B01, Weena 690, 3012 CN Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
1. Definitions
“We/us” means LinkRoute Logistics International B.V. (NexaCore). “You/customer” means the party entering into an agreement with us. “Products/Services” means the goods and services we offer.
2. Offers and prices
All offers are without obligation unless stated otherwise. Prices on the website are in euros. Where the customer is a consumer, prices include VAT; for business customers prices may be shown excluding VAT, with VAT added at checkout. Obvious errors do not bind us.
3. Agreement
An agreement is concluded once we confirm your order. We may verify your ability to meet payment obligations.
4. Payment
Payment is made through the payment methods offered at checkout. For services, payment terms stated on the invoice apply (default 14 days). In case of late payment we may suspend delivery and charge statutory interest and reasonable collection costs.
5. Delivery and performance
Stated delivery times are indicative. For digital products and services, delivery takes place by providing access or by performing the agreed work. We make reasonable efforts to deliver on time.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer buying at a distance, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of goods, unless an exception applies (e.g. digital content you agreed to start receiving immediately, or services fully performed with your consent). To withdraw, contact info@nxcore.nl. We refund within 14 days of withdrawal.
7. Conformity and warranty
Our products and services must comply with the agreement. Consumers retain all statutory rights under Dutch law.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order, except in cases of intent or gross negligence or where the law does not permit limitation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage.
9. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in our website, software and deliverables remain with us or our licensors unless agreed otherwise in writing.
10. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted as described in our Complaints Procedure. We aim to respond within 14 days.
11. Applicable law
Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of Rotterdam, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Consumers may also use the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op elke aanbieding, bestelling en overeenkomst met LinkRoute Logistics International B.V., handelend als NexaCore, KvK 84263482, btw NL863151371B01, Weena 690, 3012 CN Rotterdam, Nederland.
1. Definities
“Wij/ons” betekent LinkRoute Logistics International B.V. (NexaCore). “U/klant” betekent de partij die met ons een overeenkomst aangaat. “Producten/Diensten” betekent de goederen en diensten die wij aanbieden.
2. Aanbiedingen en prijzen
Alle aanbiedingen zijn vrijblijvend, tenzij anders vermeld. Prijzen op de website zijn in euro’s. Voor consumenten zijn prijzen inclusief btw; voor zakelijke klanten kunnen prijzen exclusief btw worden getoond, waarbij btw bij het afrekenen wordt toegevoegd. Kennelijke vergissingen binden ons niet.
3. Totstandkoming overeenkomst
Een overeenkomst komt tot stand zodra wij uw bestelling bevestigen. Wij mogen nagaan of u aan uw betalingsverplichtingen kunt voldoen.
4. Betaling
Betaling vindt plaats via de bij het afrekenen aangeboden betaalmethoden. Voor diensten geldt de op de factuur vermelde betaaltermijn (standaard 14 dagen). Bij te late betaling mogen wij de levering opschorten en wettelijke rente en redelijke incassokosten in rekening brengen.
5. Levering en uitvoering
Genoemde levertijden zijn indicatief. Voor digitale producten en diensten vindt levering plaats door toegang te verlenen of de overeengekomen werkzaamheden uit te voeren. Wij spannen ons in om tijdig te leveren.
6. Herroepingsrecht (consumenten)
Bent u consument en koopt u op afstand, dan heeft u 14 dagen bedenktijd vanaf ontvangst van de goederen, tenzij een uitzondering geldt (bijv. digitale inhoud waarvan u akkoord ging met directe levering, of diensten die met uw instemming volledig zijn uitgevoerd). Om te herroepen neemt u contact op via info@nxcore.nl. Wij betalen binnen 14 dagen na herroeping terug.
7. Conformiteit en garantie
Onze producten en diensten moeten aan de overeenkomst voldoen. Consumenten behouden al hun wettelijke rechten naar Nederlands recht.
8. Aansprakelijkheid
Onze aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot het voor de betreffende bestelling betaalde bedrag, behalve bij opzet of grove schuld of waar de wet beperking niet toestaat. Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte of gevolgschade.
9. Intellectueel eigendom
Alle intellectuele-eigendomsrechten op onze website, software en opgeleverde werken blijven bij ons of onze licentiegevers, tenzij schriftelijk anders overeengekomen.
10. Klachten
Klachten kunt u indienen zoals beschreven in onze Klachtenprocedure. Wij streven ernaar binnen 14 dagen te reageren.
11. Toepasselijk recht
Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in het arrondissement Rotterdam, tenzij dwingend recht anders bepaalt. Consumenten kunnen ook gebruikmaken van het Europese ODR-platform op ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
