Complaints Procedure
We do our best to deliver the best possible products and services. Are you nevertheless not satisfied? We would like to hear from you, so we can resolve it.
1. How to submit a complaint
Send your complaint by email to info@nxcore.nl or by post to LinkRoute Logistics International B.V. (NexaCore), Weena 690, 3012 CN Rotterdam. Please include your name, contact details, order or invoice number, and a clear description of the complaint.
2. Confirmation and handling time
We confirm receipt of your complaint within 5 working days. We aim to handle every complaint substantively within 14 days. If we need more time, we will let you know within that period and indicate when you can expect an answer.
3. Resolution
We will contact you to find a suitable solution. We register every complaint and treat it confidentially.
4. Not satisfied with the outcome?
If we cannot resolve the complaint together, you may, as a consumer, submit the dispute to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or to the competent Dutch court.

Klachtenprocedure
Wij doen ons best om u de best mogelijke producten en diensten te leveren. Bent u toch niet tevreden? Dan horen wij dat graag, zodat wij het kunnen oplossen.
1. Een klacht indienen
Stuur uw klacht per e-mail naar info@nxcore.nl of per post naar LinkRoute Logistics International B.V. (NexaCore), Weena 690, 3012 CN Rotterdam. Vermeld uw naam, contactgegevens, bestel- of factuurnummer en een duidelijke omschrijving van de klacht.
2. Bevestiging en behandeltermijn
Wij bevestigen de ontvangst van uw klacht binnen 5 werkdagen. Wij streven ernaar elke klacht binnen 14 dagen inhoudelijk af te handelen. Hebben wij meer tijd nodig, dan laten wij u dat binnen die termijn weten en geven wij aan wanneer u een antwoord kunt verwachten.
3. Oplossing
Wij nemen contact met u op om samen tot een passende oplossing te komen. Wij registreren elke klacht en behandelen deze vertrouwelijk.
4. Niet tevreden met de uitkomst?
Komen wij er samen niet uit, dan kunt u als consument het geschil voorleggen aan het Europese ODR-platform op ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, of aan de bevoegde Nederlandse rechter.
